How does the deposit work, and is it refundable?
Reserve 50% today; balance on arrival. Refundable if not delivered within the promised window, and refundable if the written confirmation before packing is not what you expected.
What is it made of?
A marble-effect slab, a polished silver-tone metal frame, a sculpted tree with artificial foliage and a small pale sculpted seated figure. The slab material, the frame metal and the finish process are not named on the page because none of them is verified; all are confirmed in writing at reservation.
Is it certified for use in Canada?
Not as far as we know, and the page says so plainly. It plugs into a wall outlet and its flow is driven by a recirculating pump. Whether that pump runs straight off the mains or off a low-voltage adapter is not confirmed, so neither is stated. Pump type, voltage, rating, plug type and the electrical certification position are confirmed in writing before packing.
Why are there no dimensions anywhere on the page?
No spec panel came with this piece and we have not measured it, so no figure is published. Confirmed height, width, depth, weight and water capacity come in writing before packing.
