Is the gold part solid metal?
No. The ribbon is a glass-fibre reinforced composite with an electroplated metallic finish. Not cast brass, not bronze, not solid gold. The large sphere is stainless steel and the base slab is marble.
How big is it?
80cm overall height; slab 16cm x 12cm x 3cm; widest point 21cm across the large sphere. All from the piece's own annotated dimension panel.
Is the pedestal included?
No. The tall stone plinth in some styling photographs is a prop. You receive the sculpture and its own marble slab base.
Does it need wiring or fixing?
Neither. No cable, no bulb, no switch, no transformer, no wall anchor. It stands free on any level surface.
