How does the deposit work, and is it refundable?
Reserve 50% today, or pay in full. Nothing ships until every open row is answered in writing and you are happy with the answers; if any answer does not suit you, the deposit is returned.
How big is it, and how far does it drop?
Not established. There was no dimension diagram of any kind, so no ring diameter, overall drop, canopy size or cable length is printed on the page. Every measurement is confirmed in writing before any balance is due.
What is it made of?
Not established. The ring bodies are described as black finish and gold tone and no metal is named; the lit band is described as a frosted diffuser and no material is named. Both are confirmed in writing at reservation.
Is it certified for installation in Canada?
Not held. It is a hard-wired fitting installed by a qualified electrician, and it is not cleared for installation here until the Canadian electrical certification is in hand. That gate blocks go-live.
